Antheraeopsis (genus)

Genus Antheraeopsis (Wood-Mason, 1886) superficially resembles many members of the more commonly known genus Antheraea. However, they are not difficult to distinguish because of their typical dark appearance, wing shape and orange, compact ocelli and host plant associations with certain types of Lauraceae/Magnoliaceae.
